Recommended Use

Adults:
The optimum dosage for a healthy adult who eats a balanced diet, is 120-240mg (1 - 2 capsules) per day to confer the alpha effects for added protection against the effects of ageing. In other situations, a dosage of 480mg and above per day may be required to provide the beta effects response.

Note: Daily intake can be increased over one to two weeks, to higher levels. In all cases, Enzogenol should be taken with meals and a full glass of water. Enzogenol is a natural product, not a drug.


Children:
Six to Twelve years: Take one capsule daily with food or as directed.
Two to Six years: Take one capsule sprinkled on food up to twice a day.
